Scott L.H. Rubin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in 1986 Summa Cum Laude, a Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University in 1991, and a LL.M degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University in 1997.

Mr. Rubin’s practice encompasses social security disability, personal injury and matrimonial law.  Mr. Rubin is a sustained member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, and has successfully represented thousands of clients before Administrative Law Judges of the Social Security Administration.

Mr. Rubin is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar, Philadelphia Bar Associations, Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a Certified Master of Trial Advocacy.
